Wondering in the empty Guild Hall, eating a cracker and leaving a trail of crums behind me, I suddently get an idea..

I tip-toe towards Mundayns secret opening in the big Library, carefull not to step over my white woolen socks that promptly sweap the wooden floor.

I sneak in .. Oh, WIzards!! What a mess! I should get the J-broom in here sometime..
And with that thought I start hearing muffled whispers behind me - a small cloud of dust rises and blocks my view
I make a small step forward but seem to have stepped over a banana peel!
I slip - fall down - angry whispers get closer - I roll underneath what seems to be a bed (is that Mundayne snoring?!) - while rolling under the bed I bump into a lever or something which I accidently push and ..

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH....

I feel the floor opening underneath me - I desperatly grab a hold of the floor's edge - the rest of my body hanging down into emptyness!
-I make a frantic attempt to hold on.
- as my fingers start slipping and I loose my hold, the last thing I see is a bunch of button eyed fuzzles heading towards me ..

A screaching high pitched scream echoes throughout the Hall which sinks into quietness again..

-ANNNNNIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE...EEE..EE ..ee... ee

*barges through the guild door with a bag full of books on one shoulder and two massive tomes tucked under each arm......pounds the floor to the bar, drops the tomes on the counter and reaches for a bottle of anything within reach.....trudges across the hall to the secret door (I'll pick up the tomes later).....notices the secret door is slightly ajar, mmmmmmm,.....nudges the door with elbow and peeks in. Intruders? Oh, twink-type foot prints in the dust, the banana peel askew....the dust motes bouncing up and down trying to make some sort of contact.....oooopps..*

Crikey guys, I'm sorry I left the trap door open and the mercenary fuzzles are screeching a little louder than usual....sorry for the volume....let's see....I can just about knock that trap door shut with my toe.........THUNK...that's better, I'll feed the fuzzles later, for now I'll enjoy the bottle and getting the weight of books off my back!

*I wake up in a dark place with the smell of wet soil around me*
*Above me there is a hole and a tiny ray of light is flickering*
*I hear some noise - I think I hear Mundayne talking to herself!*
..But as I try to get a hold of myself and shout out to her, a THUD echoes into the eairy hole that I throwed myself in, and the tiny ray of light disappears leaving me hopeless.

-Where am I?! What is this place? Do the Wizards know of this?!

*I take out my pouch of Magic_Emrgency_Dust and sprinkle some infront of me*
*Sparks of light flow in the air and lighten up my way*

-..what is this? A path? I wonder where is leads!..

.....cake! There's cake left in the fridge, only looks a few days old...that'll do me!! I'm happy!! And there's no one out here to shout my name.

*walks back to the secret door and enters pushing the last of the cake in her mouth. looks under the bed to see if there's anything interesting under there and finds only dust motes merrily rolling around in the fluff.*

Better feed the mercenary fuzzles now, I think I've got some reptillian arm under these old map pieces...ah yes, there it is. Right I've got to do this carefully because I didn't have time to feed them this morning, I was in a rush.

The mercenary fuzzles can become quite volatile if not fed regularly....they must have heard my footsteps, they're banging on the trapdoor.

*walking over to the trap door mundayne notices that her robes look like new*

*opening the trapdoor with caution mundayne is knocked backwards*

I'm so sorry, Twink what on earth happened? I saw your footprints but just thought you'd come in to look something up....Oh dear you do seem to be a bit....dishevelled? Look, let me just get a cloth...here, have some leftovers, there's always some by the keyboard.

...the fuzzles had said something but they always speak with their teeth clenched so it's not always easy to understand them! I know they have a stash of strange stuff down there, I just thought they'd been...well, you know, *borrowing* it all from the marketplace. Are you sure you're OK? Want another drink? Ooooo, is that a small bruise?

*Leaving Twink by the bar in a contemplative mood mundayne takes her leave but can't help feeling that no good can come of fuzzle nests and strange passageways and dark cellars and....*

*mundayne pops back to the bar to pick up the forgotten tomes. Lots of research to be done tonight.....lots of research and..... maybe just one quick look down that cellar.....*

*Watching the dust, pile up on the counter, making smileys and "wash me" signs*

-You found another set of footprints?!.. Hmm, cutup has indeed been missing lately..

What I DID find, though, is this old, rusty key...
I'll borrow your library tomorrow and do some research upon this matter..see what I can dig up concerning the History of this place.

..And, something else that just popped into my mind.. Once, when I had passed through Lauries Big Ook Tree, I accidently kicked a pebble and it hit the Huge trunk of the tree..It made a weird sound, almost as if the tree was hollow.. Never payed much attention to it..up until now!

Zikoma and Takiyono are standing at the bar and we are looking around, and we dont see Twinkle or Mundayne anywhere! I say "I could have sworn they were here, although, I think they went to see Laurie's tree because its hollow or something, maybe I'll go check it out or something to see if they are there..

Takiyono grumbles, I look over at him and he turns away, I sigh and begin speaking "Hmmm.. I wonder if Mundayne is in his seceret library place.. I'll go take a look!

I soon find myself going through the seceret door and I see a banana peel on the floor, and I begin to sneeze constantly, I mutter out "DUST!"

What happens after that? I run out of the room sneezing as Takiyono laughs, what will happen next?!

OH NO!! Not a.....not a (I can't say it)....not a......weird SOUND!!

A key uh? A rusty key? An old rusty key? Got any jewels in it? Wow! I'll leave the dust instructions to get the tomes on old rusty keys out for you but you'd better borrow my Ghostkerchief that Laurie sent me, it scares the dust away just long enough to get some work done. If the dust does become a problem pluck the fuzzles a little and give the fluff to the dust, they love it!!

~* I soon find myself next to a big Oak tree near lauries house, I look at it closely and I pick up a rock and gently throw it at it. It makes a strange noise. I suddenly say "I wonder why its so hollow, maybe its a fake tree?"

I run toward's the tree and tackle it and my should snaps out of place and I cry out "Help! Ouch!" Takiyono rolls on the ground laughing. I soon get up and look at Takiyono and say "Thanks alot"

I slowly notice that Takiyono and I becoming less and less friends, so an idea pops into my head.Here is a negg Takiyono! I throw a negg at Takiyono and he suddenly gets a large smile on his face and he runs up to me!

Takiyono jumps on me and says "YOUR MY FAVORATE! THANKS ALOT ZIK!" I slightly mumble "Thank god for happiness Neggs!

I slowly feel a thought fill into my head..
Twinkle, the holder of the magic key has disappeared..
What evils have taken place?!
What is going on in here?! I hear voices all around..
Voices gasp "The Dark Wind Howls"

There is also a small dim voice saying..
"Find the key's seceret, every second you are closer!"
( WAKE UP! )
Voices scream, and an image of twinkling vanishing from this world protecting the Magical Key..
A symbol is written in something red on the wall.
( WAKE UP! )
Is it blood... Or is it the seceret to the key..Its not blood, its purple..
A voice screams "The holder of the key..."
While the other one says
" Complete the mystery! "
( WAAAAKE UP! )
I see light.. I am up against the hollow tree and Takiyono is saying " Are you alright?", I slowly get up and walk away

-- The spirit is dark, many people are asleep, there are 4 four post beds in the room. They all have things hanging around them.. Beside each of the beds there is a pet, but beside one there is Takiyono! I wonder who's bed that is.. --

I lay asleep in my bed dreaming of things that you could not believe, I feel a jerk on my shoulder and I open my eyes and see Takiyono saying "Get up!" I roll to the side and say "Im trying to sleep, get off"..

I feel the jerking stop and Takiyono says "I heard a noise, lets go look!" I say "Why dont you go look, its not like you cant defend yourself.." I hear Takiyono say "COMMON!" So I just say "Alright!".

I get my robe on and go out into the hall..There is a large hole in the floor and I look down as it looks endless as if it never ends. Takiyono says "Lets go down, and I say.. "No WAY!" Suddenly a few more people come out of their rooms to inspect the hole.. They all wonder where it leads too, and whats down there...

-- Everyone surrounds the large whole and Takiyono are leading the search as Takiyono performs spark to light the way down the tunnel, We see a few Faerie pets flying down behind us, but they do not have skills to light the way, so they stand behind. --

I see Takiyono, a few people following me, and darkness around me, I hear sounds. I look over to Takiyono and the spark goes out, I begin to panic, although the spark comes right back on, and Takiyono smiles as he continues..

I hear noises, I hear ghouls everywhere, wondering where this ends, I look behind me and the people following us sort of fades out, I almost feel as if we are alone, although there is still around 50 people following Takiyono and I.

I hear a loud screech that echo's and sends a chill down my spine, a couple strange looking buzzes fly out of the hole and they attack the Neopet behind me and a Faerie Chia Shoots a large laser beam at all of the Buzzes accept the one near me. Takiyono and another Skeith attack it and the Buzz falls to the ground afterwards, we still continue down the hole. I suddenly notice Takiyono and I, are the only ones there, where has everyone else gone?!

I see many things surrounding us.. But what is it, My feet get wet.. I notice that the room is filling with water.. Jetsams near us, around 3 seconds before they attack us Takiyono uses spark and dries up all the water.

I look up and the faerie Chia is coming and it grabs the both of us, on our way up it shoots a laser beam to the bottom of the hole and there is a large explosion, we arrive at the top.

I dont remember exactly what happened after that, all I know is that I woke up in my bed, that life will go on..

I just hope it never happens.. again!

(I think I hear Twinkle and Mundayne somewhere in this labyrinth.)

I wonder if anyone has missed me yet? Falling down that hole at the party was a bummer. And my costum was good too!
I have been wandering these caves for a week now, and have discovered that Twinkle has built in survival as well as upkeep into our robes. She thinks of everything. There are doors I can not seem to get into by ways of magic. The tunnels go on forever.
How do I find my way out of this???????

(Gathering up stray dust motes I make my bed for what I think must be my night for I am weary...thanking Mundayne for her wild dustmotes.... I drift off to sleep)

Still wandering after over a week......lost I think
I remember a old gaming tip and put my left hand on the wall.

my fuzzle forces have been diminishingin number, the remaining minions have been more rambunctiuos and louder to try and cover up for the smaller numbers, but today i took a head count. when i confronted them they said something like:

we's fuzzles minions am goned to looking for cutup we's am misseding hers, so the bestest fuzzles for exploreding maked a missyun to go finding her...we fuzzles who am lefted with you silly wizurds have notted hearing anyfing from them yet...

hmmm....
i'd like to volunteer mine, and the remaing fuzzles services in the rescue party!

The one I'm reading is called 'Eskimo Essays,' by Ann Fienup-Riordan. It's very interesting.

Mmmmm.....a new pile of dust in the corner of the room and Twinks footprints.....mmmmm....could be she found that old tome that said *DON'T READ, WILL CRUMBLE*, never mind, more dust is a blessing anytime!

Wonder what the others are up to? Ah, I see cutup is still lost and there is a rescue crew on the way. Mmmmm.....I wonder if Twinkfound the old tome of maps? The one entitled *Maps of the Secret Passageways*....let's see, nope, it's still here.

There seems to be some sort of chamber marked on the maps but it is marked by runes unknown to me.....maybe Foozlese, I'll have to check with the mercenary fuzzles.

There is another tunnel that leads from the chamber going north, but there is nothing to say where that goes. Another tunnel leads north east then south, uner the kitchen and then spirals upwards to another chamber.

The tunnels then lead off from the upper chamber in all NSEW directions, western tunnel seems to veer towards the Ook Tree and the southern tunnel towards the Oak Tree.

Ah, there is an appendix but it is written in that ancient language but there is an illustration of a key!!

I'm off to talk to the fuzzles to see if they recognise the script.

I'm afraid the mercenary fuzzles are getting much too frisky with all the toing and froing through my room and the dust is cowering under the bed thinking someone mught just want to clean(heaven forbid) in my room.

So, I'm starting now and my drinking buddy Puritanical is going to help me!! So there!!

They didn't really know what they meant except they did recognise one or two that meant *curse* and *violent death* but they did point me inthe direction of a very old master fuzzle who lives in a cave on the very edge of the scary woods.

Apparently (oh, yes, I'll have a top up), he's so old he can remember the first pyramid being built in the lost desert. My yellow mercenary fuzzle says that he should be able to tell us just what the appendix at the back of the map book means. So, I propose we empty the kegs, find the secret panel and then go in search of Slipppppppnot, the ancient fuzzle of the desert.

Help is on the way easyD. Unfortunaetly you can't hear me coz you're in the tunnel and I'm at the bar BUT, I have to say I'm drinking all this ale so we can help you get out....I AM NOT ENJOYING MYSELF.....no much!!!! Maybe if I pour some of this ale through the floor boards it'll get to you? Maybe if I jump up and down on the floor in Neomorse code you'll get the message that we're on our way.....

...that drinking this ale from a glass is most definately not the way to empty a keg fast so I'm going to try the bucket.

*mundayne weaves (although she doesn't know it) across the hall towards the kitchen in search of a bucket. finding one in the cupboard she weaves back again, trips over a fallen peanut and apologises*

Ah, back at the bar and now I can really empty those kegs fast. Here goes, just turnon the tap and......wow....it fills up quick.....bit of a puddle but I'll just drop a couple of pasing fuzzles into it and Twink'll never know what happened.

Oh, look, the fuzzles like the ale. Right, if I just sit on the floor here with the bucket I can tip it up easier......ooooops, looks like the fuzzles got a bit more....they're giggling now. Well it is funny *snicker* maybe if I don't tip up the bucket but dip my head into it.....uurgh...my hair is wet now...snicker....snicker...chortle.....ROTFL!!!!!!

*peers up and waves at jade* I think the foozlies are so cute I'm going to try and stroke one.....*giggle*....*falls over*.....Ouch!! Little foozlly bit me! *giggle* I'll just dip it in the bucket, alcohol is good anticeptic you know. Well, let her if she wants! She looks like she's enjoying herself. I just don't want to have to clean up afterwards...yecccch!

Completing my board check, I meander up to the bar for a cold one...or make that a warm one on such a chilly night. A hot brandy in hand I sit to relax...ahhhhhhh...

Suddenly the Great Doors on the Hall explode, and an entire herd of cobweb covered fuzzles, evil fuzzle minions, and one evil yellow ducky, who is quacking furriously, I might add, burst into the calm interior of the hall...

My tree? My Mighty Oak??? What's wrong with it??? Ok, ok, ok...I'll come look...but if I leave this tasty beverage behind for nothing...

Heading out into the night, I shall see what all the fuss is about...

I approach my tree, watching the creatures that lead me, I cant help but notice a feeling of anticipation has come over me, and just a touch of fear...now where did that come from???

I might as well come along. I've been waiting for mundayne to come to consciousness, but no deal. I'm rarin' to join the rescue team up ahead in the Tunnels.

*mundayne tries toget her head off the floor but finds it too heavy to lift......realises there's a bucket whereher head used to be and a mercenary rainbow fuzzle in there with her.*

AArrggghhh.....get this thing off me! I...can't...get this thing...OFF!!! (deleted expletives) OW! Oh, it's off now.....*looks around at the mess* Better get this lot cleared up before Twink gets back.

*mundayne eases herself up off the floor and kicks the sleeping fuzzles into the space under the bar.....reaches into her pocket and pulls out some asprin......drags herself very slowly to the kitchen and downs the asprin with a pint of milk*

That feels a bit better, now where's that mop and......bucket? I know where the bucket is!!!

*mundayne takes the mop back to the bar, rights the bucket and begins to clear up, kicks the fuzzles into wakefulness and throws a dishcloth at them*

Here, you guys do the corners and the top of the bar.

*10 minutes later the place looks tidy, the mop, bucket and dishclothes are back inthe kitchen and mundayne and her mercenary fuzzles make their way to her secret room*

It's a good job Twink made this place with enough magic so we don't need to shower and stuff or else I would need one but I feel refreshed and just a little sleepy now.

I'm just going to slip into my bed for a few hours and then I'll be ready and able to move that keg.

*mundayne opens the trap door for her tired and hungry fuzzles, they plop down into their nest taking a few reptillian body parts with them*

*mundayne hears a voice she knows outside in the hall. she slips out of bed, nudges stray dust under the bed and opens the trap door for the fuzzles.*

Awwww....it moved guys! But no sign of a secret panel (duh!) wow! Would you look at that!

*mundayne sees an indent of a key in one of the bricks and black mercenary fuzzle does an amazing side kick which makes it move*

....hey jade! take a look at this.

*jade and mundayne peer into the black hole that appeared in the floor when the brick moved. a staircase is revealed as 100's of dust roll away from the light and the strangers*

"Anybody down there? Cutup can you hear me?" No answer but I suppose we'll have to leave this to someone else, we've got an ancient fuzzle to find!

I'm off to the fridge for some leftovers to pack for the journey.

*while mundaynes head is in the fridge the mercenary fuzzles waddle off back to their nest, they pack their own necessaries. with batpacks full of swords of domar, lightening guns, dream orbs and sticky hands they go back to the hall to wait for mundayne*

*so, the band of intrepid explorers set out of the guild hall, batpacks full of faerie food, weapons and leftovers the day is young and they chatter as they go*

Look at that! It's ages since I saw one of those! Didn't they move that? Wow, how do you do that with your hair!?!

*a passing scorchio flys down to have a better look at the motley crew and they discover they're all headed in the same direction.....the lost desert. so the passing scorchio offers them a lift.*

Look at the guild hall from up here! Ooops, nearly slid off then. Hold on tight gang, we're really on our way!!

The whole gang starts trekking through the desert, in search of the Ancient Fuzzle, who, it is said, occupies an oasis in the middle of the desert...oh, but it's 11 PM!Hopefully the group will make it there in time for...Midnight at the Oasis (don't even tell me you didn't see that one coming)!*

We are now next to my Mighty Oak tree, and I watch the minions in the flickering light of the fire and they begin to swirl around my tree...

Higher and higher they climb, a swirling, blirring mass of fur and feathers, the EYD quacking insanely as they go.

Ok, this must mean there is something amiss in my beautiful home. I perch at my door...now where did they go???

I peer into the darkness, I can still hear EYD quacking from the branches below...the moonbeams...Moonbeams??? Thats IT! They went into Cutup's treehouse...

Rushing down I pound on the door...it slowly opens...

the search has begun! now... aaaaaaah! i'm sinking into the quick sand! HELP! I'm doomed! DOOMED! ... i happen to notice my fuzzle minions laughing hysterically ... *looks down* Oh. It's only a pit... May the search carry on!

....*mundayne and the mercenary fuzzles all fall around NOT laughing at Jades very bad joke the adventurers set off in search of the oasis*

You know Jade mutinies have been started because of better jokes than that!! Black mercenary fuzzle was about to whip out his sword of domar and tell you just what he thought of you but I stopped him just in time!!

*as the adventurers trudge onwards harrassing Jade for the awful humour blue mercenary fuzzle becomes very aggitated*

What's that? A band of desert skeiths are heading this way in a very warlike fashion? Oh dear....let's hide!!

*hide? but where are they going to hide in the middle of the desert?*

*the not-so-brave adventurers forget, momentarily, the desert skeiths and realise they've found the oasis.......even if it isn't midnight!*

Oh no! Mundayne's the holder of the key, and she's stranded! Looks like we'll have to turnabout to pick her up, too.

*Scorch turns midair, and heads back toward mundayne, who is running breakneck 'cross the Desert. Ancient smiles cutely and waves 'bye. Within seconds she's also onboard, and the group returns to Scary Cave.*

*mundayne and jade, followed by the surprisingly well-behaved Fuzzle mercs, rush into Great Hall. They can hardly believe the scene before them. For one thing, Hall's clean, thanks to mundayne's previous efforts. Second, here comes zikoma, all blue from head to toe! Oh no!*

*jade shakes zdawg.*

Z! OMG, you[ve got the curse of blue! Oh, we're too late!

*z looks at jade*

The heck you on, girl? I was just dying my hair blue and had some trouble, that's all! The others are in the Tunnels; you know that! Man, don't freak me out like dat, yo!

*jade races off in search of twink, hoping she's pure enough to save us all!*

That's definately (not) funny!! They're all blue!! ROTFL!!!!! And they're sad and in bad tempers!! Ah well, we'll have to wait for Twink anyway to get over this one. I'm off to bed!!

*what's left of the keg goes nicely into a mug that mundayne takes back into her secret room. deciding that there has been enough adventure for this one tired guild member she kicks off her shoes and indicates the trap door to the fuzzles. they comply as they want to swap skeith battle stories and clean their weapons. mundayne chugs her ale and snuggles down under the covers. she stares at the ceiling and makes pictures out of the cracks.*

~* "Rajinfrashin" I say.. I walk around the corner and look in the mirror, Im completely blue, and I turn and jade is gone.. *~

I walk tap the floorboard twice and it collapses and I land on a bed and I grab a few paint brushes, I choose the invisible paint brush and I paint myself..

What mischief... Shall I give..

*I walk down the hall and push a old woman down carrying books and she starts to whine, so I carry on*

I see someone coming from the distance, it is suicidal paladin! I sneak behind him and pull out a blue paint brush, and I paint suicidal paladin blue!

I run away quickly and plan to go to my bed...

I go to the special floorboard across from the bar and tap the floor and the floor collapses from under me and this time I land on a trampoline, I bound up and down and roll into bed and fall asleep..

( WAKE UP... )

I wake up and I look down and I see nothing, I feel a tingle on something under the pillow, I pull it out and its nothing..

It hits me, the invisible paint brush.. ( oh yea! )

Why was it tingling though..

I must have cut off the blood flow when I stuck my arm under the pillow...

Oh well...

Twink hears Mundayne and jade calling for her, from the Great Hall.
Still inside her HomePainting, untouched by the Curse of Blue ..well, apart from her white woolen socks, her robe and Hat are all Blue but that's only natural!

Hurridly she gets her Pack, filled with all nessesary things, potions, Dragon Quill and empty scrolls for mapping, a compass, a mirror, ever-glowing dust and a couple of sacred stones,
..and jumps through her painting to an Ever sooo Blue hall! OMG!
She stares at Zikoma and other Guild members in Horror..they're all Blue!!

Goes straight to Mundayns secretroom, and shakes her awake.
In a fit of anxiety she shouts:

-Mundy, Mundy! ..I haven't got the Key! I gave it to easyd!
She took it with her when she went down the tunnels with the fuzzlies..!

And while saying that she hears quaking coming from Lauries tree..

Grabbing Twinkle for a monster hug, her creation of my pride and joy has touched me beyond belief, I cant contain myself!!! The others see her wonderous work and join me...GROUP HUG...

We start to jump up and down, and the tunnel starts to give way...

Days and days of being lost in the tunnels and we end up almost where we started from?

I walk down the hall and Takiyono is flying doing loops... I continue to walk as he flies are my head, I walk to the bar and see Laurie, I think I see Twinkle too..

I turn around because I hear something, appearantly Takiyono crashed into the ground..

I laugh and then he springs back up with a slight grin.. I walk over to the bar and I walk over to Laurie and say.. Hey " Whats up? "

That was a short and sweet exit from the Tunnels...sweet literally, because I'm soaked with sweet tea! Ohhh why, why *giggles*?!!

I have been wandering these tunnels for weeks. I have not seen another living soul for all of that time, but keep hearing scuttling noises. I think there might be fuzzles down here, or something alittle more scarry. I have come to a chamber with two doors. One of the keyholes seems to be glowing faintly blue.

"Goblin Gram"

OK, with that out of the way I dig deep in my pockets and hope to find something to draw a map with. I have been down here long enough I should be able to find my way out.

I am finally in a place that looks somewhat familiar There seem to be two levels to the tunnels under the Guild. I would not know if there was a third because I cannot access the doors on the second level.
Am achieving great success with the map and hope to be out soon. I have no idea how long I have been down here but I guess I will soon find out.
